Returns

You may return unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made / made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Return

1. Email info@zevahirknit.com with your order number.
2. Receive return address & authorization.
3. Ship back tracked. Buyer covers return shipping unless item is defective.
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt to original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will issue a free replacement or full refund including shipping.

Cancellations

In-stock orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Made-to-order items can be cancelled before production begins.
